We Embrace Gift of Easter Initiative

Our team members at our Central Operations site in Nottinghamshire, recently got into the Easter spirit to deliver a huge number of Easter eggs to local underprivileged children in the Mansfield area.

Offering our team members the opportunity to take part in our Gift of Easter initiative to buy chocolate eggs for children who are currently in temporary accommodation, our latest campaign followed our Gift of Christmas initiative, which saw our team members buy presents for local children in similar circumstances.

We donated and delivered a fantastic 150 chocolate eggs to Mansfield District Council Housing Needs on 28 March 2018. Our team members handed the Easter eggs over to Joseph Muir, Accommodation Manager for Mansfield District Council's Housing Needs Department, and his colleagues.

 

Mr Muir commented:

"We would like to thank everyone at Pendragon who took part in Gift of Easter.

"Your continued support has shown kindness and brought a lot of happiness to the families and children we support. A big thank you from all the team here at MDC Housing Needs."

 

This charitable campaign followed up from last week's efforts, when our Central Operations team members raised money for Sport Relief by dressing down and getting involved with sporting activities, ranging from crazy golf to a hula hoop challenge.
