Bringing two premium brands together, Jaguar Land Rover's new Arch Concept aims to see a strong collaboration between two premium marques. The collaboration of the two brands allows customer journey and experience to be enhanced even further all in the comfort of refined and modern showrooms. To support this vision, two Stratstone retailers have united and now share a state-of-the-art showroom in Cardiff.
Officially opening on 11 December 2017, the new showroom is modern, bright and very spacious, offering space for an 18-car display area and 2 customer handover bays. The modern interior is complemented by bespoke lighting and accompanied by ambient music to create the perfect environment to experience the latest and most bespoke Jaguar and Land Rover models.
The £6 million Stratstone centre provides state-of-the-art amenities such as a brand-new drive-through service function, valeting facilities, a specially designed waiting lounge providing customers with a comfortable area to wait and a fully staffed barista bar. All of which contribute to enhancing customer experience - an aspect which is very important to both JLR and Stratstone alike.
The space has also been utilised to incorporate an area dedicated to brand heritage, giving customers and enthusiasts the opportunity to learn about and explore Jaguar Land Rover's history, as well as browse personalised merchandise at their own leisure.
