We are pleased to announce that we have raised the salaries of our technicians across the country.
As part of a wider program to retain talented team members and attract new talent, we have increased the basic salary package of vehicle technicians at all levels across the business.
Our technicians also benefit from both personal and team bonus schemes, enabling them to achieve their potential at our state-of-the-art workshops and retail sites.
This salary rise follows our recruitment drive to recruit 300 new technicians throughout our Evans Halshaw and Stratstone retailers nationwide, across all skillsets and grades.
In addition, our technicians are also supported with an extensive learning and development plans, which commence with a company induction at our dedicated Training Academy. This gives new starters a greater understanding of the wider business and the company's direction and the addition of technicians to this induction comes as a response to team member feedback.
