Pendragon PLC recognises International Women's Day

International Women's Day is celebrated on 8th March yearly by millions of people across the globe.

At Pendragon PLC, we shouted loud about the many inspirational women we are so lucky to have as part of our team.

Sometimes the Automotive industry can be mistaken as a 'man's world', but with hundreds of women within our dealerships, at our stores and up at Head Office, we certainly aim to break that mould.

The day was created to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women, as well as marking a call to action for accelerating gender party.

Car Store, Stratstone, Evans Halshaw and Pendragon Head Office all got involved with raising awareness against the bias via their social media channels by recognising women in a variety of different roles, from Technicians and Service Leaders to Heads of Business and Customer Service Assistants.

We are proud to work with fantastic women across the group, changing the stereotype attached to a career in the automotive industry forever.
