We are pleased to be further improving benefits for our team members with the launch of a brand new app.
Following the recent shift of our HR processes to go digital, we have now launched our first benefits app for our team, which will allow easy access to the wide range of exclusive benefits on offer for our team members.
Entitled MyReward, the app is a key tool for making the benefits package available to all, whilst driving engagement amongst team members. Downloadable on both Apple and Android mobile devices, the MyReward app will serve as a one-stop shop for all things reward and benefits related, including exclusive team member offers and discounts at top retailers, plus access to news and team updates, learning and wellbeing support.
Team members can also access the company's online payroll and HR solution, enabling them to manage their annual leave and payslips on the go. Push notifications can be sent out via the app, keeping team members constantly updated with new offers to ensure they never miss out on a new feature.
