Jaguar Land Rover Newcastle, Cardiff and Mayfair have been awarded enhanced status as an SV Specialist Centre. Specialist Vehicle Operations (SVO) create the fastest, most luxurious and fully personalised vehicles, incorporating the highest levels of technology and creating ultimate Jaguar.

These retailers have specially-trained staff and dedicated SV experts on hand to offer customers a premium service, alongside SV demonstration vehicles and new personalisation services.

The dealerships, which are being branded as a 'Hub of Excellence', will offer a bespoke buying environment and customers will be able to experience SV models up close. Service and maintenance offerings are also available at the retailers, meaning SV vehicles will be looked after by highly-skilled technicians. All technicians have undergone SV-specific training and a dedicated SV specialist will be on hand to guide customers through the range and options which best suit their personal preferences and needs.
