HR at Pendragon PLC is going digital, as we roll out a new process, creating a better online system for both new and existing team members whilst also helping the environment.
This latest shift to digital follows a successful implementation of a new Payroll and HR solution in 2015, and we have since complemented this with improved online functionality. Our overall aim is to help the planet by moving all HR forms onto an online process, reducing the reliance on paper.
As of 1 September 2017, all team members joining the company will receive their welcome packs in a digital format, eradicating the huge amount of paper and associated costs whilst providing a more streamlined and engaging online experience.
For existing team members, contract information and any changes to terms and conditions will be accessible on an internal online platform, with email notifications sent to their preferred email address. Team members will always have online access their length of employment, ensuring a swift and secure approach.
