Celebration of Leadership Development

Congratulations to all our team members who recently completed the 'Unlocking Your Potential' programme and enjoyed a celebratory awards ceremony in Nottingham on 18 April.
Taking place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, 36 team members enjoyed a drinks reception and dinner, before being presented with their awards by our COO, Martin Casha.
Senior Leaders from across the business also attended the event to congratulate and thank these team members for all their hard work.
The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) validated programme delivered by the Pendragon Training Academy comprised three levels of programme - Dealer Principal, Business Manager and Department Leader. Many of this year's cohort of the Unlocking Your Potential programme have already gone on to promotions and are putting their new knowledge into practice.
