Imperial College Training for Team Members

We are proud to support two of our talented Nissan Dealer Principals as they embark on an extensive training programme.

We have encouraged Andrew Wake and Andrew Lane, who head up the Evans Halshaw Nissan dealerships in Middlesbrough and Doncaster, respectively, to further their development and career by enrolling on the Nissan-sponsored Leadership and Management Programme run via Imperial College London.

The Leadership and Management Programme is a Master Degree level qualification covering a broad spectrum of topics relevant to leading in a fast paced, digital business environment.

We support and encourage our team members to invest in personal development and actively pursue activities which build capability and can help advance careers. There is a raft of opportunities to engage in learning activities both with our manufacturer partners as well as Pendragon-specific programmes, with more currently being developed to support a culture of continuous learning.
