Evans Halshaw took home the 'Best Use of Social Media' award at the 2013 Click Awards, sponsored by Auto Trader.
The awards are based on the largest automotive survey in the UK with feedback from over 9,500 consumers through an independent research partner - HPI.
We were shortlisted for this based on our presence, following and size of engagement across different social media channels. After this, Martyn Baker from Twitter then evaluated all shortlisted nominees by reviewing quality of engagement in terms of tone of voice, range of content, customer service and use of rewards.
After this long process, Evans Halshaw came out as the automotive Social Media champions and collected the award from Phil Tufnell at the home of Cricket, Lords in London.
