There are seven main areas that the Group is focused on in terms of corporate responsibility.


Involvement and Development


The Group recognises the importance of good communications and relations with its team members, since its ability to meet the needs of its customers depends on the contribution of team members throughout the Company.


Share Schemes and Incentives


Team member share ownership is encouraged.  A variety of bonus schemes also provide team members with rewards linked to growth and prosperity of the Company.

Communication


The challenges presented by the size of the Group and the importance of consistency drive the Company to devise and implement ever more innovative and timely means of communication, to keep team members up-to-date with the strategy and performance.


Community


As a multi-site operator the Group generates community involvement through its local businesses.  These contribute to their local communities in a variety of ways such as raising money for the Group's sponsored charity.


Environment


The Company’s policy is to promote and operate processes and procedures which, so far as is reasonably practicable, avoid or minimise the contamination of water, air or the ground and to manage responsibly the by-products of our activities.


Health and Safety


The Company recognises its responsibility to all team members and others working in or visiting its facilities to provide, so far as is reasonably practicable, an environment which is safe and without risk to their health.
