Mel Egglenton - Non-executive Chairman
Joined Pendragon on 1 December 2010 and become Chairman on 23 May 2013. He is a chartered accountant and former regional chairman of KPMG Midlands and senior partner of its Birmingham practice. Mr Egglenton is a non-executive director of, and advisor to, a number of private companies, including Hansteen Holdings PLC where he chairs the audit committee, and Irwin Mitchell Holdings Limited, where he chairs the remuneration committee.
Jeremy King - Non-executive Director
Joined Pendragon on 25 November 2014. He has experience providing multi-disciplinary and multi-territory services to a range of business clients, from significant listed companies to private businesses. His earlier roles encompassed a range of senior management positions, including leading PwC's Tax Practice in the Midlands and London Regions. Mr King is chair of the Company's Audit Committee.
Chris Chambers - Non-executive Director
Joined Pendragon on 28 January 2013 as Non-executive Director and became Senior Independent Director in November 2014. He is an investment banker with particular expertise in retail and commercial property. He is a non-executive director at Swiss Prime Site AG and a member of the supervisory boards of Berenberg Bank (Schweiz) AG and Cembra Money Bank AG Switzerland. He is a senior adviser to private equity firm, Lone Star Europe and the Executive Chairman of Lonrho Limited, as well as being a non-executive director of Hansa Aktiengesellschaft and Oxford Sciences Innovation PLC. Mr Chambers is chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee.
Gillian Kent - Non-executive Director
Joined Pendragon 22 May 2013, following an executive career in the digital and online sectors, culminating in senior roles at Microsoft, where she headed their largest online business in the UK as Managing Director of MSN. As CEO of Propertyfinder.com, she has established expertise in building markets and brands for online consumer products and web-based applications. She is also a non-executive director of National Accident Helpline Limited and Ascential PLC.
Trevor Finn - Chief Executive
Joined the vehicle division of Williams PLC in 1982 and subsequently became divisional managing director. He was appointed chief executive of Pendragon prior to the demerger from Williams in 1989.
Martin Casha - Chief Operating Officer
Joined the vehicle division of Williams PLC in 1982 and subsequently became a group general manager. He was appointed operations director of Pendragon in September 1995 and chief operating officer in November 2001.
Tim Holden - Finance Director
Joined Pendragon in June 2008 as group financial controller from KPMG LLP, where he was a senior manager advising on audit and transactional service matters. He is a chartered accountant. Mr Holden became finance director in December 2009.
