Phase 1
Head office in Nottingham, working in central departments such as Business Development and Group Operations
Phase 2
Dealership training, in the Sales, Service and Parts Departments of both Volume (e.g. Ford) and Prestige Franchises (e.g. Porsche).
Phase 3
Shadowing a key member of the Leadership Team and monitored with a view to being eligible to apply for a more senior leadership role.
Undergraduate Placement
We are looking for Undergraduates to join the dynamic team at Pendragon PLC Head Office in Nottingham.
Your Year in Industry would offer two 6 month placements involved in project based work to suit your skills and development.
There are a number of different teams you could join including:
- Business Development
- Legal and Insurance
- Finance and Accounts
- Group Communications, Public Relations and Events
- Group Operations
